Effective July 14, 2026. EventCue Controller is designed to operate without an account, analytics, advertising, tracking, or a developer backend.

Data collection

The developer does not collect personal data, usage data, diagnostics, identifiers, purchase history, processor configuration, or network traffic from the app.

Local data

Saved systems, preferences, favorites, operator profiles, and redacted logs remain on the device. Sensitive operator credentials are stored in the Apple Keychain when used. You can remove local app data by deleting the app.

Local network

When you add a real system, the app connects directly to the address you provide using Apple Network.framework. This traffic stays between your device and the processor on the local network. Demo Mode is offline and does not request Local Network access.

Purchases

Pro Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple. The app receives signed entitlement status from StoreKit but does not transmit purchase information to a developer server. Apple processes purchases under its own privacy policy.
